  • Exchange can be made within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
  • No exchange is possible without the original sale invoice.
  • Used products are not eligible for exchange or claim.
  • No service warranty is applicable on sale or promotional items.
  • No exchange / no claim on sale or promotional items.
  • Accessories are neither exchangeable nor claimable.
  • Claim/repair processing time is 15 working days.
  • In case of order cancellation after online payment without a valid reason, a 10% cancellation fee of the total order value will be charged.
  • Bella Maria reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or declined payments. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.
  • Once the order is shipped, a confirmation message with tracking details will be provided.
